Logan Hartzell competed in the javelin starting as a junior in high school. Phoebe Holmes has been a decorated gymnast for SMS and has been a strong competitor in track & field.  Primarily beginning her time as a sprinter, Phoebe migrated to the long jump and found success.  During the 2019 season, Phoebe was the SMSD District meet runner-up and she was a point scorer at the 6A

Madison Terry – SMSTF Senior Tribute

Madison Terry was new to the SMSTF squad this spring.  In the short time with the team, she showed great work ethic and much kindness to her teammates and coaches.  Madison was also a member of the SMS Raiders Basketball team.  Madison plans to attend Missouri State University to study Radiology.   Coach Hilding comments

Anna Crain spent the last three seasons with SMSTF.  Anna was an athlete who would try anything asked of her. She was very reliable. If we needed someone to fill a relay spot, to run a 400, she would do it and would give it her all.  Anna plans to attend Baker University to study

Jadyn Smith – SMSTF Senior Tribute

Jadyn Smith will leave the SMSTF family with a lasting legacy.  Individually she holds the #10 time for the 100 meter in SMSTF history for the girl’s program.  However, it was in the 4×100 Relay where she had a major impact.  In 2017, as a freshman, she teamed up to perform the #3 time in

Courtney Drake was a member of the sprint crew for SMSTF.  Courtney was a hard worker. Jordan Finnell – SMSTF Senior Tribute

Jordan Finnell has been a versatile athlete during his time with SMSTF.  Initially he spent time as a horizontal jumper and long sprinter, but eventually moved to the Pole Vault and middle distance squads.  As a junior he became a major contributor to the 4×800 relay as he transitioned to varsity competition.  Jordan is undecided
